FreightBox Brokers will agree to:

should you choose to participate in a load by providing a rate/quote. Provide freight quotes within 24-36 hours of load creation, unless it is a holiday or weekend. (You are part of a sales process, so timely responses are KEY!)
Most shippers honor their quotes for 30 days. However, please specify the exact expiry time of your quote if it differs from this standard.
NOT send "general check-in" or "load request" emails to Freightbox Shippers and/or members. Violation of this provision may result in suspension or termination of platform access.
Keep all information confidential. Absolutely NO selling FreightBox's or its users' data/information! Ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
Rely on the system to monitor rate performance. Checking in with shippers about rate performance is strictly discouraged. Once a rate has been selected for the load, a feedback email will be provided with an overview of all major metrics compared to the selected rate. The accuracy and completeness of feedback metrics are not guaranteed, and FreightBox disclaims liability for any discrepancies.

FreightBox platform shippers will agree to:

Pay invoices promptly, within the specified terms or sooner. Late payments may incur interest charges and can result in suspension of membership.
Provide equal opportunities to quote loads for all Partner Program Members. Discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.
Promptly communicate any changes in shipments via email or platform notification within 24 hours of becoming aware of the changes.
Provide true, accurate, and detailed information when submitting a load rate request. Providing inaccurate information may result in termination of membership and liability for any resulting damages.

FreightBox platform carriers will agree to:

Adhere to scheduled pickup and delivery times. Consistent failure to meet schedules can result in suspension of membership.
Maintain up-to-date insurance coverage and provide proof upon request. Failure to maintain adequate insurance can result in termination of membership.
Provide accurate and timely updates on shipment status through the platform.
Ensure all transported goods are handled with care and in accordance with industry standards.
Comply with all applicable local and federal laws, including those related to transportation, safety, and labor.
Promptly communicate any issues or delays that may impact the delivery schedule.

FreightBox's commitment:

FreightBox serves as a platform connecting vetted shippers with qualified brokers and carriers, facilitating logistics partnerships. We are not a freight brokerage firm and do not participate in agreements or transactions made between shippers, brokers, and carriers. Users are responsible for conducting their due diligence and ensuring the terms of any agreements meet their requirements. FreightBox disclaims liability for any transactions facilitated through the platform.

Reporting Violations:

As a Freightbox Network member, I agree to report any and all violations of the code to [email protected]. FreightBox is committed to investigating all reported violations and taking appropriate action, which may include suspension or termination of membership.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising between brokers, shippers, and carriers shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by the parties involved, to avoid litigation.

Governing Law:

This Code of Conduct shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon and federal laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Amendments:

FreightBox reserves the right to amend this Code of Conduct at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or platform notification, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Privacy and Use of Information:

I agree that all information on FreightBox is strictly confidential. Any use of data obtained through the platform for purposes beyond FreightBox operations, particularly for conducting business outside of the platform, will result in immediate termination of membership. All data is to be utilized exclusively for the transportation of the specified shipment.
